Enclosing & Mailing
We offer a wide range of mailing services ranging from letter design to folding, enclosing, laser labelling and mailing. If necessary, we can design and/or print your promotional letters and advertising material. Insert them into envelopes with your pre-printed corporate design, or supply the envelopes ourselves. We have machinery that can fold letters at a rate of over 10,000 per hour. Letters can be machine folded to almost any specification with an accuracy better than 1mm. For items that aren't suitable for machine folding, our hand folding department can be used. With hand folding, even the most complex job can be completed. We offer hand enclosing which gives the highest level of quality control. With hand enclosing nothing is impossible. In the past we have hand enclosed books, t-shirts, pens, bike locks, clocks, and all manner of unusual items. Using hand enclosing, we can really make your mailing stand out from the crowd. In addition to standard paper envelopes, we can supply polythene envelopes and padded bags of any size. We can, of course, use your own pre-printed stationary which we can store in our warehouse. Our highly skilled staff are enthusiastic in their work, and will do their utmost to help you meet your deadlines. We have a number of part-time staff that can be called in at short notice to provide extra capacity for large jobs that need to be completed in a short time. Our flexible staff base gives us the ability to cater for any job, however large or small. We can handle many thousand letters and packets a day. We fax or post proofs for approval prior to printing, and post on your agreed dates.
